Greatest thing since sliced cheese!

I recently became a Bonanza owner, and a friend of mine who owns an Aerocreeper recommended you. He brought it over to my house and let me try it out: I was immediately ‘sold’. The plane sits higher than my Piper and a regular creeper would just not work. The lifting capability for wiping oil towards the belly of the plane (or working under the wing) made the job so much easier! You have a great product, and I will be sure to also recommend you whenever I can!

Best Creeper Ever!

This creeper is worth every penny! Fully adjustable and very comfortable. Able to get much more leverage using a speed handle to remove those stubborn screws.

Heavy-duty casters w/locks: 1-1/4" wide ball-bearing caster, with TPU (urethane) tread, rated at 250 lb dynamic load per caster. The wide wheel and larger swivel improves rolling on rough surfaces. The urethane tread is more chemical resistant and more resistant to picking up metal chips and rivets. Locks on front two casters. (Note: replacing the standard casters with the heavy-duty casters will increase the AeroCreeper height by 5/8” with the 3" casters and 1-5/8” with the 4” casters.)

Excellent Product

This is just what I needed when working on the underside of my aircrfat. The creeper is really sturdy and the wheels are also good quality.

Solid creeper

Raising it up and down works very well for cleaning under the airplane. On a smooth concrete floor it almost rolls to easy.

Works like a dam!

Saw the AeroCreeper at an aircraft factory in Riga, Latvia. Used it there. Thought "this is great". Ordered it for our hangar in North America.

The creeper is already comfortable, the headrest takes it to the next level of support. Especially when in the laying flat position. It adds additional support so you’re not straining your neck.

Printing tips: Print in the upright position. If you don't use support material, you'll likely need to nip off a few strands of filament but overall, it should produce a good print. Good adhesion is important so the "handle" doesn't tip before it's connected to the cup.

Thanks so much for making the STL available. I somehow managed to break the holder that was included with my creeper, so I printed a new one. I used Prusament Sapphire Blue ASA with the 0.2mm Structural preset, 4 perimeters, 20% gyroid infill. Seems nice and strong. I went ahead and printed it with support even though the description said it was not necessary. Didn't add much to the time and the finish under the overhang came out really well.

Came Out Great

Thought I'd comment on how my print turned out. I downloaded the file and printed it on my Bambu 3D printer using blue and white PLA (I made the body blue, and the text on top white). As suggested in the printing tips (although I was slightly skeptical), I did not place support material under the bridge, and as mentioned in the tips, it printed fine without the support. Or at least it did on my specific printer. YMMV

Ouch!

Just received an ad/email from you today. Your timing was perfect.
Used my Aerocreeper last night and today while inspecting the lower skin of my Cherokee wing. Last night I pinched my skin between the castering wheel and support and the support just above my elbow. All bruised today. And then just a few minutes ago I pinched my bicep area, again between the castering wheel and support. Damn that hurts.
Need to wear armor plating when using this creeper
