Printing tips:

• Print in the upright position.
• If you don't use support material, you'll likely need to nip off a few strands of filament but overall, it should produce a good print.
• Good adhesion is important so the "handle" doesn't tip before it's connected to the cup. 

3” x 1” ball-bearing caster with TPR (rubber) tread rated at 120 lb. dynamic load per caster.  Replacement for original casters on AeroCreeper. 

This caster has a 1/2" diameter stem. To replace casters with 3/8" stem (pre-Oct 2018 models), the holes will need to be enlarged.

Heavy-duty caster: 1-1/4" wide ball-bearing caster, with TPU (urethane) tread, rated at 250 lb dynamic load per caster. The wide wheel and larger swivel improves rolling on rough surfaces. The urethane tread is more chemical resistant and more resistant to picking up metal chips and rivets. (Please note: replacing the standard casters with the heavy-duty casters will increase the AeroCreeper height by ⅝” with the 3" casters and 1 ⅝” with the 4” casters.)

This caster has a 1/2" diameter stem. To replace casters with 3/8" stem (pre-Oct 2018 models), the holes will need to be enlarged.

The locking brakes are available on all 4 varieties of casters (standard 3" and heavy duty 3", 4" and 5"). It is recommended to add two locking casters of equal size and quality to both front legs of the AeroCreeper if the locking feature is required.

These guards are placed between the frame and the caster to keep skin or other things from rolling into the caster.

Installation requires a 3/4" wrench to remove the nut.

Warning label placement is shown in the latest revision of the Owners Manual.  It is recommended that these labels be added or replaced if they are missing or not readable.

Runaway Creeper? If your creeper rolls too easily, here's a solution!

This kit contains stackable, felt "washers" that can be added to your creeper's wheels to reduce free-wheeling. 

Kit includes (16) felt washers.  This is sufficient to do 2x 3-inch wheels or 4x 4-inch wheels.  In most situations, installation on 2 wheels should provide enough friction to resist freewheeling. Contact us if you have more
