Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your AeroCreeper, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the creeper must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging.

Details: Contact us through our website (https://www.aerocreeper.com/pages/contact) and provide your email address for a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization, ship the packaged creeper to our address. Upon receipt, we will inspect it. If it is in good condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) of the full purchase price – not including shipping charges.
